The Moorings - Motel Studios
Our Studio Motel Units are perfectly positioned. Every Studio Unit has its own private balcony or patio catching the afternoon sun with stunning views over Lake Wanaka and the mountains of Mt Aspiring National Park.
They feature quality king (up to 2 guests) or twin double beds (up to 3 guests) and full bathroom (shower over bath). Everything is on hand with a comprehensive kitchenette (fridge, microwave and double hotplates) and sofa/chair.
Heating and cooling is provided by a heat pump. The tiled bathroom and kitchenette have underfloor heating.
Wireless high speed internet, Smart TVs with Netflix and off-street parking are available free of charge. Interconnecting and accessible options are available.
Daily servicing is included in our tariff.
On site facilities include a very good guest laundry and ski drying room. A Continental breakfast is available on request.
The Moorings - Apartments

The Moorings Apartments offer spacious, stylish accommodation for families or groups of travellers. The Apartments feature 2 or 3 separate bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms over 2 floors, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and generous dining and living areas.
Heating is by gas fire and heatpump, cooling is by heatpump. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Bed configuration:
2 Bedroom – 2 x queen beds and 1 x single bed, sleeps up to 5 guests
3 Bedroom – 2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds, sleeps up to 6 guests
Each Apartment has its own private deck with BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and umbrella.

The Lakeshore Springs Villas are 5 Star private holiday apartments on the edge of Lake Wanaka. Only 200m from the Wanaka town centre, they are built to maximise superb lake and mountain views from the elevated deck.
Each Lakeshore Springs Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are a spacious 250m2 over 3 levels with a luxury fitout, featuring a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen and spacious, comfortable dining and lounge areas.
Heating is by a gas fire and electric underfloor heating. Cooling is by heatpumps.
They feature a secure garage with internal access, sauna, full private laundry, unlimited high speed internet and Sky TV.
